Need help using e-Recruitment? See if your question is answered in these quick tips.

Having trouble logging in?

  • Your ID is the email address you registered with.
  • If you can’t remember your password, click the password reset link on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. Click this link and enter a new password. You will now be able to login using your email address and new password.

Having trouble submitting an application?

  • If you’ve already registered with e-Recruitment you don’t need to register again when applying for a position. Login to e-Recruitment before starting an application.
  • Prepare and save your responses in a Word document before pasting them into the application form. When pasting in more than one response make sure you save the page regularly.
  • Once you’ve started an application it will appear under My History. Login to e-Recruitment to access your started and submitted applications.
  • If you’ve completed your application but can’t see the Submit Application button at the top of the page, make sure that you’ve answered all the mandatory questions and clicked Save and Continue for each page of the application form.
